Do credits roll over?
If you're on Studio and you only used 30 of 50 this month, you don't keep the 20 next month.
If you buy a 25-credit pack, those 25 are yours forever. They survive renewals. They survive downgrades. They survive cancellation — come back a year later and they're still there.
Why this strength?
Every tool that sells you unlimited has fair-use language buried on page 4 of their terms, or silently routes your premium requests through cheaper models, or rate-limits you without telling you. We'd rather say out loud what you actually get.
Credits are how much compute we're buying for you. Standard articles use standard models. Premium articles use premium models. When you pay more, you get more. When you use more, you pay more. No fine print.
Questions you're probably asking
Can I mix standard and premium?
Yes. Studio's 50 credits could be 50 standard, 25 premium, or any mix.
What if I regenerate an article?
Each generation costs credits. But if mber errors out during generation, you aren't charged.
Do MCP / API calls cost credits?
Same pricing as the UI. Generating an article via Claude MCP costs the same as via the mber UI.
What about AI-generated images?
Included in the article credit. No separate image charge.
Can agencies pool credits across clients?
Yes on Agency ($299) and Scale ($899). Seats share a credit pool per workspace.
What if I'm on legacy Solo/Growth/Agency?
You're grandfathered on your existing price. Credits are mapped to your old tier — Solo gets 15/mo, Growth gets 50/mo, legacy Agency gets 200/mo. Switch to v2 in billing any time.
